自1999年进入老龄化社会以来，我国人口老龄化进程加快，破解养老困境、填补老年人物质与精神层面的空缺是探索养老服务路径中必须面对的现实问题。在此背景下，时间银行互助养老模式的发展对回应养老服务需求、推动我国养老服务业的良性发展具有重大意义。广州市南沙区作为时间银行互助养老模式发展的典型示范区，在南沙区政府的支持下发展建设处于国内领先水平受到极大关注。本案例以广州南沙时间银行发展情况为线索，从“构想建设——试点实施——深化推广——改革未来”的发展历程理清时间银行发展的前世今生，探寻互助养老模式下我国时间银行互助养老模式未来发展之路。

英文摘要：

Since entering the aging society in 1999, the aging process of China's population has been accelerated. To solve the pension dilemma and fill the gap in the material and spiritual level of the elderly is a practical problem that must be faced in exploring the path of pension service. In this context, the development of time bank mutual pension model is of great significance to respond to the demand for pension services and promote the healthy development of China's pension service industry. Nansha District of Guangzhou, as a typical demonstration area of the development of time bank mutual pension mode, is at the leading level in China with the support of Nansha District government, which has attracted great attention. This case takes the development of Nansha time bank in Guangzhou as a clue, clarifies the past and present life of time bank development from the development process of "conception construction --pilot implementation-- deepening promotion-- reform future", and explores the future development road of mutual assistance pension mode of time bank in China.
