多中心治理是成都市社区治理的重要模式，也被称为“社区营造的灵丹妙药”。然而这一治理模式在成都市社区营造中是否如此神奇呢？本案例以成都市“坊间·赖家店”社区营造项目为例，从社区营造的出发点、主力军以及最终目的三个方面切入，讲述了在多中心治理下，该项目对社区居民、社会组织和居民自组织的影响，并深入挖掘影响背后的原因，展示了多元主体治理在社区营造中反映的问题：社区营造中多中心治理困局，即多元主体难协调和公众难激励的问题。

英文摘要：

Multi-center governance is an important model of community governance in Chengdu, which is also known as "the elixir of community building". However, is this governance model so magical in chengdu community construction? This case in chengdu "anecdotal · lai stores" community building project as an example, from the starting point of community construction, the main force and the ultimate goal in three aspects, tells the story of under the polycentric governance, the project to the community residents, social organizations, and the influence of self-organization, and dig deeper into the reasons behind, shows the multi-main-body governance reflects the problems in community construction, community construction of polycentric governance, namely multiple subject difficult coordination and public difficult incentive problems.
