数字技术定义了当代社会人类的生存和交往方式，也深刻改变了公益活动的组织方式。在数字浪潮下，公益组织需要利用数字技术，提升公益组织运营效率，重塑公益事业价值链和协作网络。2018年，湖北省慈善总会与北京厚普聚益科技有限公司合作，通过“公益宝”互联网募捐平台开发“幸福家园”村社互助项目，帮助村社筹款。这一项目被中华慈善总会关注，在全国慈善会系统推广。经历六年的探索，“幸福家园村社互助工程”通过数字技术赋能村社，打通松散连接的慈善会系统，提升了慈善会的专业能力。

英文摘要：

Digital technology shapes the way we interact with each other and fundamentally changes how charitable activities are organized and performed. The development of digital technology requires charitable organizations to adopt digital technology to improve operational efficiency and reform their business models. In 2018, the Charity Federation in Hubei Province collaborated with Beijing Hope Juyi Technology Co.Ltd and developed an online giving platform for communities in rural and urban areas. This project was named “Xinfu Jiayun”. In the past six years, this project has empowered thousands of communities, strengthened the networks among Charity Federations in different areas, and improved the dynamic capabilities of the Charity Federations. The success and lessons from this project can shed lights on the digital transformation of other charitable organizations.
