2005 年，习近平总书记在安吉提出了“绿水青山就是金山银山”的科学论断，深入推进了新时代生态文明建设。十多年来，在两山理论的指导下，乡村产业结构明显优化，生态治理成效显著。本案例基于余村、鲁家村、中国宋茗茶博园、康山村和安吉市政府的实践，介绍了两山理论在安吉诞生的背景和发展历史，分析了安吉在两山理论的指导下，通过集体经济制度、茶旅结合、数字赋能治理等途径实现三产融合，推动生态生产力转化为经济生产力的实践经验。进一步地，本案例建立了生态经济协调发展的耦合模型，探究整体演化、政策驱动、产业融合等影响耦合系统的关键要素，以推动三产融合理论发展与体系构建，为乡村振兴提供经验建议。

英文摘要：

In 2005, President Xi Jinping proposed the scientific statement in Anji that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", which deeply promoted the construction of ecological civilization in the new era. Over the past decade, under the guidance of the "Two Mountains Theory", the rural industrial structure has been significantly optimized and ecological governance has achieved significant results. This case is based on the practices of Yu Village, Lujia Village, China Song Ming Tea Expo Park, Kangshan Village, and Anji Government. It introduces the background and development history of the "Two Mountains Theory" in Anji, and analyzes Anji's practical experience in achieving the integration of three industries through collective economic system, combination of tea and tourism, digital empowerment governance, and other means under the guidance of the "Two Mountains Theory", and promoting the transformation of ecological productivity into economic productivity. Furthermore, this case establishes a coupling model for the coordinated development of the ecological economy, exploring key factors that affect the coupling system such as overall evolution, policy driven, and industrial integration, in order to promote the theoretical development and system construction of the integration of three industries, and provide empirical suggestions for rural revitalization.
