中国特殊教育的迅猛发展,凝结着党对残疾人人权的坚决捍卫,体现着政府以人为本的执政理念,凸显着公众对教育一视同仁的守望。特殊教育学校作为开展特殊教育的基层载体,其发展前景关乎着残障儿童能否形成积极的人生观,能否顺利融入公众生活。然而由于各种原因,特殊教育的学生比同龄的正常学生更难走出困境,融入社会,实现人生价值。栾川特殊教育学校作为全国特殊教育学校的一个突出代表,永不放弃,积极探索,大胆造梦,尝试用冰雪运动打开孩子们未来的大门。然而在历经风雨终见彩虹的背后也反映着特殊教育儿童教育、就业的一些困境,政府、学校、学生及家长通力合作、共同努力出的“破题之策”能否得以长久?我们希望以栾川县特殊教育学校的故事为例,引发社会各界对残障儿童教育的关注,进而为我国政府对残疾人服务体系的完善提出有益思考。
The rapid development of special education in China, condenses the Party's resolute defense of the human rights of the disabled, embodies the government's people-oriented governing philosophy, highlights the public's equal watch for education. As the basic carrier of special education, the development prospect of special education schools is related to whether disabled children can form a positive outlook on life and integrate into public life smoothly. However, due to various reasons, it is more difficult for rural special education students to get out of the mountains, enter the society and realize the value of life than normal students of the same age. Luanchuan Special Education School, as a prominent representative of the country's rural special education schools, never gives up, actively explores, boldly dreams, and tries to open the door of children's future with ice sports. However, what are the difficulties reflected in the education and employment of special education children behind the ups and downs? Can the government, schools, students and parents cooperate and work together to solve the problem for a long time? We hope to take the story of Luanchuan Special Education School as an example to arouse the attention of all sectors of society to the employment of children with disabilities, and then put forward beneficial thinking for the improvement of the Chinese government's service system for the disabled.
